When should I schedule my errand?
We recommend booking your errand ASAP to insure availability. An email or text will be sent to you confirming the time and date your errand will be completed. If your errand requires assistance in less than 6 hours it will be considered a rush errand with a rate of an additional $25 an hour.
How do I pay for my errand ?
Payment is collected upon completion of the errand. We accept cash, Venmo, and Pay Pal.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for cancellations to be made 12 hours in advance.
